I stumbled on this over a year after the original posting, so my post may not see the light of day... nevertheless it's worth a try to say that I'm looking for a motivated bouldering partner. I live in Gush Etzion and live on top of one of the seriously best bouldering spots I've ever been to (and I have bouldered at Hueco, Morrison, Yosemite, etc. before making aliyah). The place isn't huge by any means, but it has over 60 established problems up to around V8 and there is plenty more to be done. Everything overhangs - from gently to pure roof pulling. If you have an upbeat attitude, can spot and want to get on some awesome stone, contact me at lchaimtour @ aol. com (Remove the spaces, I added them so that I don't get leach bots harvesting the e-mail for spam). One note. the good bouldering is shady, so it's not so great in mid- winter. Contact me anyway since there are TR spots in the sun.
Climb hard!!!

Hi all, I am in Tel Aviv for a couple of weeks. I am also interested in climbing. I would like to go to one of the artificial walls in Tel Aviv from time to time. Main problem is, that I am on my own and do not have a climbing partner. Does anybody over here like to go climbing with me in TA, or does someone know about a group I could join. I have climbing experience already.
Would also be interested in rock climbing or hiking in the weekend.

Went there last week. It was great. Some of the madrichim also offer private tours on real rocks out of Jerusalem. A group of 15 for half a day can expect to spend about NIS 1500

Also at the Jerusalem branch you can have organized events with private lessons and activities.

Great for Staff-building, bnei mitzvah and bday parties (of all ages)
