the mall in Gilo (way up the main road on the left) has a FOX outlet on the left when you get off the elevators on the main shopping floor. about 50% off of the regular prices. summer stuff is even cheaper at this point.
also the Naot outlet in Kfar Etzion is a good deal- 40-60 sh. cheaper per pair than in other stores. very decent selection, also lots of camping stuff.
finally, you can find great bargains in Bazaar Strauss on Yad Harutzim for kids- not name brands- but it holds up well

Hi Kim, I’m not aware of any new outlet shops but if you want a very high end shopping experience – you can check out the new mamilla mall by the old city.

Don’t forget “MishMish”-a great outlet for kids clothes in Achim Yisrael Mall in Talpiot-I got some great things for my son there!
